摘要
高校图书馆资源多元化存储和用户信息需求的变化,使用户在信息获取过程中遭遇来自资源本身和用户自身的障碍,针对这一问题,图书馆应提供帮助用户排障的支持和服务。
Diversification of university library resources, information storage and user needs change, which made the users suffer from the resource itself and the users own barriers in the process of acquisition informarion, in order to solve this problem, the library should provide to help users troubleshoot support services.
