摘要
为了满足新能源整车控制器环境试验性能监测的要求,设计了一种测试系统,通过测试控制器的I/O通道和通信是否正常来进行性能监测,详细说明了监测系统硬件平台设计和系统软件设计。基于轮询监测方法来实现一套监测系统对应多个被测样品的测试,降低了测试成本,提高了系统的测试效率。
In order to meet with the requirements of performance monitoring during the environment test for new energy vehicle controller units,the monitoring system was developed.The performance of the controller was tested through monitoring the I/O and communication channels.The hardware and software design were described in detail.Based on polling monitor test method,one set of monitoring system can be used for more testing samples during one test is conducted.Using this method,the testing cost is reduced and the test efficiency is improved.
