摘要
经座谈调查,发现地方应用型高校教师与督导有一定隔阂。制因要素是督导概念与内涵陈旧、督导工作范围狭窄、方法简单。该类学校督导概念与内涵需要重建与创新。
According to informal--discussion surveys, there is sort of gap between teachers and superintendents in local application--oriented universities. This is mainly attributed to the old- fashioned concept and connotation of superintendence and the narrow range and simple method of the superintendence work. The concept and connotation of superintendence in this type of school need to be re--established and innovated.
