摘要
渎职侵权检察是检察机关履行法律监督职责的重要组成部分。渎职侵权查办的对象是国家机关工作人员的渎职侵权犯罪案件。因此,加强渎职侵权办案工作,对于惩治渎职侵权犯罪,维护公民的人身权利和民主权利,树立检察机关的良好社会形象,有着十分重要的现实意义。
