摘要
目的比较甲状腺腺瘤摘除术中两种不同引流方法的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2007年1月～2010年12月在笔者所在医院行甲状腺腺瘤摘除术116例患者的临床资料,其中采用套管针引流、纤维蛋白胶应用的62例患者为观察组,采用传统乳胶管另切口引流的54例患者为对照组,比较两种不同引流方法的疗效差异。结果观察组的引流量、拔引流管时间、切口瘢痕粘连发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在甲状腺腺瘤摘除术中采用套管针引流、纤维蛋白胶应用的方法安全有效,并发症少,值得临床推广。
Objective To compare the clinic curative effect of different drainage method in thyroid adenoma enucleation.Methods Retrospectively analysis 116 patients with thyroid adenoma enucleation from January 2007 to December 2010 in our hospital.In which 62 patients use of trocar drainage and fibrin glue application as observation group,54 patients using traditional latex tube drainage as control group,to compare the curative effect of different drainage methods.Results The volume of drainage,the time of drainage tube pulling and the incidence rate of scar adhesions of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group（P 0.05）.Conclusion It is safe and effective of using trocar drainage and fibrin glue application in thyroid adenoma enucleation,and with few complications,and is worthy of promotion.
