摘要
介绍了信息不对称理论，构建了工程建设的信息模型，重点介绍了工程建设中业主与承包商信息不对称现象，并从信号传递、信息甄别和激励机制出发，以解决信息不对称导致的逆向选择和道德风险。
This paper introduces the information asymmetry theory. It establishes an information model in the engineering construction and mainly analyzes the phenomenon of information asymmetries between owner and contractor in the phase of bidding and fulfilling. Finally, it proposes to solve adverse selection and moral hazard aroused by information asymmetry at the starting point of signal transmission, information screening and incentive mechanism.
