摘要
从现阶段合理低价法的现状入手，总结了合理低价法在实际操作中存在的问题，重点论述了实施合理低价法的必要性及意义，并给出了实施合理低价法必须坚持的原则，从而最终实现最低价中标。
Starting from the status of reasonable low price, the essay summarizes the problems existing in actual low price bidding, mainly discusses the necessity and meaning of implementing reasonable low price, and shows principles which should be held in implementing reasonable low price, so as to realize the lowest bidding price.
