摘要
文章简要分析了当前中国水环境存在的主要问题,探讨了生态环境中重要因素———水环境在生态城市建设中的作用,并以沈阳市生态城市建设为例进行了简要分析。对城市水环境与水生态建设措施及水环境综合整治在生态城市建设中起到的重要作用进行了综合论述,包括提高资源使用效率来减少水体纳污负荷、停止对重要水环境与水生态资源的持续使用和开发以及完善水源保护区内的管理措施等。
This paper briefly analyzes the major current existing issues of Chinese water environment and discusses the function of water environment in ecology urban construction which is an important attribute of the ecological environment, citing Shenyang urban ecological construction as an example. This paper also comprehensively elaborated the important influence of water environment, water ecological construction measures and water environment comprehensive improvement, including reducing the water body pollution load by enhancing the resources use efficiency, stopping the continuous uses and development of the important water environment and the water ecology resources, ameliorating the management measures within the water resources protection reeion.
