介绍一种大倾角上、下运带式输送机发电制动装置的工作原理、驱动滚筒装置理论计算及其特点。该装置能够减小带式输送机布置空间,有效利用下运物料时产生的"多余"势能,将其转变成电能输送回电网。
The paper introduces the operating principle of the power generating braking devices of a large angle upward and downward belt conveyor as well as the theoretical calculation of the drive roller device and the device characteristics.The device can reduce the arrangement space of the belt conveyor,effectively use the "extra"potential energy generated from the downward transportation of materials,and transform it into electrical energy and transmit it back to the power grid.
