摘要 以130t/hCFB锅炉为研究对象,介绍DCS系统配置、功能及锅炉燃烧控制方案。针对CFB锅炉燃烧过程的复杂特性,基于多变量频域解耦控制理论,提出了"能量-氧量"双交叉燃烧控制方案,实现了CFB锅炉主要参数之间的解耦控制,消除了燃烧过程中主要内扰的影响,同时保证了燃烧的经济性,进而提高了锅炉燃烧自动控制系统的连续投运率,达到锅炉燃烧自动投运率为100%。 DCS configuration, function and boiler burning control scheme based on 130 T/H CFB boiler are introduced. Considering complex characteristics of CFB boiler combustion process, "energy-oxygen" double crossover combustion control scheme is proposed based on multivariate spectral decoupling control theory. The decoupling control of CFB boiler main parameter is implemented and internal influences during combustion process are eliminated. Boiler combustion efficiency is guaranteed and the persistence operation under automatic control is improved, which reached 100% automatic operation rate.
