摘要 利用熔体快淬的方法制取了成分为Nd9.2Fe84.8-xZrxB6(x=0.2,0.8,4.0)非晶薄带,用石英管管式烧结炉对其进行晶化处理,研究了于700℃下不同时间的晶化处理对材料微观组织和性能的影响。结果表明,不同成分的材料的最佳热处理时间是不同的,且随着处理时间的延长,材料由软磁性向硬磁性转变,磁性能呈现出先增后减的趋势,获得的最佳磁性能为:Br=0.683 T;Hc j=514.2 kA/m;BHm=121.8 kJ/m3。 Nanocrystalline ribbon with composition of Nd9.2Fe84.8-xZrxB6(x=0.2,0.8,4.0)was prepared by melt-spun.The effects of crystallization on the microstructure and properties of the materials were investigated at 700 ℃ and different times in pipe welding furnace of quartz tubes.The results show that the optimal heat treatment times of alloys with different contents are different.Further more,the characteristics of materials change from soft magnetism to hard as well as the magnetic property increases first and then decreases with the extension of heat treatment time.At last,the best magnetic properties were:Br=0.683 T;Hcj=514.2 kA/m;BHm=121.8 kJ/m3.
