药品调剂是药品质量体系的一个环节,药房窗口为患者提供全方位的服务,保证药品的质量安全是根本。通过对药房日常工作中药品不合理存放的细微环节的分析,提高药房工作人员对药品保存认识,减少影响药效的各种人为因素,确保医院药房能够提供安全、有效的药物。
