摘要
目的调查常德地区8~10岁儿童尿碘水平,了解该地区居民的碘营养状况。方法通过人口容量比例概率抽样法(PPS)采集儿童尿样,同时采集食用碘盐,用分光光度法和滴定法分别测定尿样和盐样中碘含量,对测定结果进行统计分析。结果 8~10岁儿童尿碘中位数为364μg/L;经秩和检验,各个县尿碘水平之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);男生与女生尿碘水平间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其中澧县男、女生尿碘水平间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。居民户盐碘均值和合格率分别为23.5mg/kg、97.2%。结论常德地区学龄儿童尿碘水平达到国家卫生部消除碘缺乏病的标准,学龄儿童碘营养状况良好,但仍存在地区和性别差异。
Objective To find out the iodine nutritional status of people in Changde area,we surveied the urinary iodine level of 8 ~ 10 year-old children.Methods Urine samples of children were collected with the Probability Proportionate to Size Sampling (PPS),and sampled the iodized salt eated by the sampling population.The content of the urine iodine and salt iodine was determined by spectrophotometry and titration respectively.The results was processed with statistical analysis.Results The urinary iodine median of 8 ~ 10 year-old children is 364μg /L.The urinary iodine level among the different counties existed significant difference by rank sum test.urine iodine level between boys and girls was significantly different,in addition,uinary iodine level between male and female in Lixian was statistical significance.The mean and qualified rate of iodine salt in household were 23.5mg/kg,97.2% respectively.Conclusion The urinary iodine level of school-aged children in Changde area consistented with the national Ministry of Health standards for elimination of iodine deficiency needs.The iodine nutrition is in good condition,but the differences exist in countries and sexs already.Salt iodine was qualified.
