摘要
南运河是历史上京杭大运河的下游河段,过去水量丰沛,航运畅通,20世纪70年代以后断流。为恢复运河原有功能,并为京杭大运河"申遗"做好准备,建议搞好水量调度,增加引黄水量和引江东线生态供水指标,进行规划治理,搞好社会融资,增强水利景点,打造南运河历史文化景观带,提升城市品味,带动相关产业发展。
South Canal is the downstream reaches of Beijing - Hangzhou Grand Canal in the history. In the past, water -rich, shipping unblocked. Since 1970s, stream betrunking. To restore the original function of the canal and be good ready for applying for world cultural heritage of the beijing - hangzhou grand canal, suggest improve water dispatching, increase Yellow River water diverting quantity and Yangtze River ecological water supply index. Reasonable planning management, improving social finance and strengthen water conservancy scenic spot in order to creat South Canal history culture landscape zone, upgrade the city flavor and promote the development of relevant industries.
