摘要
铌-硅基超高温合金作为有望在1200℃以上温度使用的结构材料而受到广泛研究。综述了铌-硅基超高温合金中合金化元素的作用以及熔体过热处理技术在该合金定向凝固中的应用,并评述了对铌-硅基多元合金相组成等的热力学研究进展。
Nb-Si based ultrahigh-temperature alloys have been investigated extensively for applications as structural materials at temperatures above 1200℃. A review of the alloying effects and the application of melt superheat treatment in the directional solidification of Nb-Si based ultrahigh-temperature alloy is presented, and furthermore, the thermodynamic modeling works about the constitute phases of Nb-Si based multi-component systems have also been summarized.
