摘要
植物景观及其评价是社会学、文化学、经济学与生态文明的复合载体.技术创新既是科技发展的迫切需求和重要支撑体系,也是解决植物景观评价所存在问题的迫切需求.笔者在阐述植物景观评价技术创新内涵和意义的基础上,分析了我国植物景观评价技术创新中支撑、引导、约束机制不健全、评价体系不健全、评价技术手段落后、转化机制不健全和文化理念错位等障碍和相应的对策,为植物景观评价、规划、建设、管理提供支撑和借鉴.同时,在构建以人为本的和谐社会、实现生态文明可持续发展中具有非常重要的多重意义.
Plant landscape and its evaluation is a composite vector of sociology, culture, economics and ecological civilization. Technological innovation not only the urgent need and important support system of science and technology development, but also the urgent need to solve the problems of the plant landscape evaluation. In this paper, the meaning and significance of plant landscape evaluation has been described, and the obstacles and countermeasures of t^chnological innovation of plant landscape evaluation has been described, such as the unsound support, guidance and restraint mechanisms, the unsound evaluation system, the backward evaluation technology means, the unsound conversion mechanism and the dislocation of cultural ideas. This provide support and learn to plant landscape assessment, planning, construction, management , at the same time it very important significance in build a people-oriented and harmonious society and realize the sustainable development of ecological civilization.
