摘要
目的探讨白艾痛风灵治疗兔急性痛风性关节炎的作用机制。方法 32只新西兰大白兔按随机分组法分为4组,分别为白艾痛风灵组、秋水仙碱组、模型组、正常组,每组8只,采用传统的造模方法按照McCarty DJ经典造模。造模成功后分别予白艾痛风灵煎剂、秋水仙碱、0.9%氯化钠注射液灌胃。给药7 d后,观察其关节滑膜病理组织学变化,并采用放免法检测兔关节液IL-1β、IL-8水平。结果白艾痛风灵组滑膜病理组织学评分较模型组明显下降(P<0.01)。与秋水仙碱治疗组比较,白艾痛风灵组滑膜病理组织学评分有所下降,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);与模型组比较,白艾痛风灵组和秋水仙碱组关节液IL-1β、IL-8水平均显著下降(P<0.01)。与秋水仙碱组比较,白艾痛风灵组关节液IL-1β、IL-8水平有所下降(P<0.05)。结论白艾痛风灵治疗兔急性痛风性关节炎在降低IL-1β、IL-8水平方面较秋水仙碱显著。
Objective To explore the mechanism of Baiai Tongfengling treating acute gout arthritis of rabbit.Methods The 32 New Zealandrabbits were randomly divided into four groups：the group of Baiai Tongfengling,the group of colchicines,the group of mode l and normal,every group 8 rabbits：being adopted the classic model-making way of McCarty D J,all the rabbits were lavage compara-tively with Baiai tong feng ling,colchicines and physiological saline respectively for 7days,the pathologic changes of synovial tissues were observed,and by rdioimmunoassay（RIA） and chemical methods respectively,the contents of IL-1βand IL-8were determined.Re-sults The grade the pathologic changes of synovial tissues in the group of Baiai Tongfengling descends with the group of model（P〈0.01）.With the group of colchicines,the grade the pathologic changes of synovial tissues in the group of Baiai Tongfengling descends,and has significantly difference（P〈0.05）.With the group of model,the contents of IL-1βand IL-8 in the group of Baiai Tongfengling and the group of colchicines have significantly descend（P〈0.01）.With the group of colchicines,the contents of IL-1βand IL-8 in the group of Baiai Tongfengling has significantly descends（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The curative effect of Baiai Tongfengling treating acute gout arthritis of rabbit has significantly higher in descending the contents of IL-1β,IL-8 wth the group of colchicines.
