摘要
目的:评估高龄前列腺癌患者行耻骨后根治性前列腺切除术的可行性。方法:对24例70岁以上(含70岁)前列腺癌并行耻骨后前列腺癌根治术的患者进行围手术期各项检查指标的比较以及跟踪随访。结果:在24例手术患者中,10例出现围手术期并发症,对症治疗后治愈。在随访完全的21例患者中,19例生存(19/21),3例生化复发(3/21),1例死于脑出血,1例死于前列腺癌骨转移;15例术后出现尿失禁,13例于6个月之内恢复。1例出现术后吻合口狭窄,给予尿道冷刀切开治愈。结论:对于70岁以上的老年男性患者,在身体情况允许的条件下,可行耻骨后根治前列腺切除术。
Objective： To analyze the feasibility of radical prostatectomy （RP） in prostate cancer （PCa） patients aged above 70. Methods： 24 PCa patients aged above 70 who had undergone radical retropubic prostatectomy were selected. The results of relative examines were compared. Results： The perioperative complications developed in ten of the total 24 patients.In twenty-one patients with complete follow-up clinical data, nineteen patients were alive, 3 of cases showed biochemical recurrence,1 case died of hematencephalon;1 case died of prostate cancer with bone metastasis;1 case turned up to anastomotic stenosis and was healed by internal urethrotomy. Conclusion： It is feasible for PCa patients aged above 70 to conduct RP.
