采空区渗流特性分析及其流场数值模拟预测 被引量:24

摘要 为解决高瓦斯煤层采空区自然发火和瓦斯涌出量过大造成上隅角瓦斯超限的问题,结合O形圈理论,对采空区的渗流特性进行了分析。通过引进Ergun单相流半经验非线性渗流公式,结合连续性方程、动量方程、瓦斯动力弥散方程,建立了采空区流场的渗流模型;利用Fluent软件,结合具体实例,模拟预测并分析了采空区的风流速度场及瓦斯浓度场。模拟结果表明:根据O形圈理论以及渗流模型,利用Fluent软件进行模拟的结果符合实际情况,通过制定相应措施,提前消除了潜在的安全隐患。 In order to solve the spontaneous combustion firing in the goaf of the spontaneous combustion and high gassy seam and the upper corner gas over limits problems occurred by the high gas emission quantity,in combination with the O ring theory,the seepage features of the goaf was analyzed.With the introduction of the Ergum single phase current semi-experience nonlinear seepage formula,in combination with the continuity equation,the momentum equation and the gas dynamic dispersion equation,a seepage model of the flow field in the goaf was established.With the Fluent software,in combination with the certain cases,the air flow velocity field and the gas density field in the goaf was simulated,predicted and analyzed.The simulation results showed that according to the O ring theory and the seepage model,the simulation results of the Fluent software could meet the actual conditions with related measures set up the safety hidden peril could be eliminated in advance.
