工作面倾角对含硬煤夹层顶煤放煤方式的影响 被引量:9

摘要 为了研究工作面倾角对顶煤放煤方式的影响规律,采用PFC2D数值模拟软件,模拟了不同倾角综放面依次采用不同的放煤方式开采散体顶煤的冒放规律,统计出了不同放煤方式时工作面倾角与顶煤放出率的关系,得出了综放工作面倾角为15~30°时优选双轮顺序放煤。应用散体介质力学原理,分析了工作面倾角不同时影响煤矸流动规律的主要因素为自然安息角和煤岩成拱;探讨了工作倾角与上、下部煤矸分界线的关系,且煤岩成拱概率随工作面倾角增大而增大;此外,指出了工作面倾角不同时自然安息角和煤岩成拱对煤矸流动规律的作用程度不同。 In order to study the coal mining face inclination affected to top coal caving method,the PFC2D numerical simulation software was applied to simulate the top coal caving law of the different inclined fully mechanized top coal caving mining faces and then in sequence with different top coal caving methods to mine the unconsolidated top coal,to make a statistics on the relationship between the coal mining face inclination and the top coal caving rate with the different caving methods and to have the optimized double sequence top coal caving when the inclination of the fully mechanized coal mining face was 15~30°.The unconsolidated mass medium mechanics principle was applied to analyze that the main factors affected to the coal and coal rejects flow law when the inclination of the coal mining face was different would be the natural repose angle and the coal and rock arch and to discuss the relationship between the coal mining face inclination and the coal rejects boundary line between the top coal and low coal.The coal and rock arch forming possibility would be increased with the inclination of the coal mining face increased.In addition,the paper pointed out that the natural repose angle and the coal and rock arching when the inclination of the coal mining face was different would have the different roles to the coal and rock flow law.
