摘要
对两种化学成分相近但SEM组织差异较大的X100管线钢的SEM、TEM、EBSD组织特征研究和CVN测试分析表明,X100管线钢的组织特征为具有少量渗碳体、大量MA岛、马氏体板条和大量位错包.较低的奥氏体温度、塑性变形温度及较高的冷却速度是获得具有弥散分布的MA岛的关键因素.具有这种组织的X100管线钢具有优良的强韧性匹配性能.
By analysis of the microstructure of two kinds of Xl00 pipeling steel at SEM,TEM and EBSD, it was found that the characteristics of X100 are a little cemettite, large amout of MA islands, martensite strip and much dislocation fold. It was concluded that lower austenitic temperature and low plastic deformation temperature and high cooling speed are main parameters to gain dispersed MA island. And X100 pipeline steels with this kind of microstrueture will have excellent toughness and srength matching.
