摘要
通过对超长距大孔径定向钻机系统组成和孔内马达驱动装置的分析,阐述了定向钻孔弯曲机理和钻孔轨迹精确控制技术,同时研究了定向钻机的钻进工艺,并在沙曲煤矿进行工业性试验。试验结果表明:超长距大孔径定向钻机具有显著的技术优势,瓦斯抽采浓度和纯量显著提高,有效解决上隅角和回风流瓦斯超限问题,实现高瓦斯工作面安全高效开采。
Through the analysis of the super-long and large-size direction drilling system consists and down hole motor drive device,the direction drilling hole bending mechanism and the precise control technology of drilling-hole trajectory were described,and drilling technology of direction drill was studied,then industrial test was put into effect in Shaqu coal mine.Industrial test show that the super-long and large-size direction drilling had significant technical advantage,gas extraction concentration and scalar was significantly raised,and the problem of exceeding gas concentration in the upper corner and reaction return was solved effectively,so as to achieve the safe and high efficient coal mining in high gassy coal mining face.
