摘要
研究开发了一种具有低引燃倾向性的卷烟纸,以一种成膜性好的多糖类物质以及碳酸钙作为涂料配方,按一定间隔涂布于卷烟纸表面形成阻燃带,通过降低卷烟纸阻燃带透气性来达到降低卷烟引燃强度的目的。研究结果显示,当该多糖类物质在涂料配方重量比为30%时,涂布区透气度降至10CU左右,具有较低引燃倾向性,卷烟样品在大气环境下横置燃烧具有不熄火优势。同时研究结果表明,该具有低引燃倾向性的卷烟纸对卷烟烟气以及抽吸品质都没有明显负面影响。
A kind of cigarette paper with low ignition propensity was developed, which includes a plurality of burn limiting areas arranged apart from one another on the surface of the base cigarette paper. The burn limiting areas were formed with applying a gel-forming polysaccharide substance and calcium carbonate by screen printing techniques. The cigarette paper comprises the burn limiting areas of reduced permeability for improving ignition proclivity characteristics. The results show that a low ignition propensity can be achieved while the polysaccharide content reaches to 30% by weight of gel, with the permeability of the printing area reduced to 10 coresta unit, and it is fully expected horizontal cigarettes in air environment can not self-extinguished. The results also show that the cigarette paper with low ignition propensity has no negative impacts on the tar per cigarette and smoke quality.
