摘要
学界对大学生"村官"问题已经开始了积极的探索,但目前尚处于研究的初级阶段。调查显示,目前大学生"村官"计划在执行中暴露出诸多问题。政府应当在大学生"村官"的身份定位、选拔标准、工作性质和考核机制等方面进一步修订和完善大学生"村官"计划。
The educational circles have made active investigations to the problems in the program of student ＂village officer＂,but it is still in the primary stage.According to the survey,many problems have appeared in the running of this program.The government should further revise and improve the program from the aspects of identity statue;election standard;job category and evaluation mechanisms.
