摘要
培养高素质的医学人才是医学院校的重要使命。目前，进入硕士研究生教育的医学生大多为应届本科毕业生，其临床技能较为薄弱。为此，作为山东省卫生厅评审通过的住院医师规范化培训（专科医师规范化培训第一阶段）基地，青岛市市立医开展了硕士研究生第一阶段住院医师规范化培训工作，这是研究生培养机制改革的一项新的尝试。将硕士研究生培养与住院医师培训接轨，避免了医学教育资源的浪费，有利于医院的发展和医学人才的培养。
How to cultivate medical talents with high quality is an important topic for medical colleges. At present, majority of the postgraduate students are the students graduated from medici schools in current years, whose clinical skills are relatively weak. To solve this problem, Qing dao Municipal Hospital carries out the standardized training of postgraduate physicians, according to the clinical medicine subjects evaluated by the standardized training of residents （the first stage of standardized training of specialized physician） base of the Ministry of Health. It is a new try of the postgraduates cultivation mechanism reform, combining postgraduates cultivation with residents training, and avoids the waste of medical education resources. It is also good for the hospital development. It is an important link of the past and future, as well as the key of clinical experts generating process.
