摘要
目的探讨一种新型健康教育模式,以满足新时期老年患者需求。方法选择2010年1～12月的348例住院患者为试验组,采取健康教育内容文字化,健康教育方式分时段,健康教育实施分层次的新型健康教育模式;选择2009年1～12月的322例住院患者为对照组,采用科室健康教育宣传资料对患者进行口头健康教育的模式。在入院3 d和出院时,对两组发放健康教育问卷调查表进行评估。结果试验组在健康教育覆盖率、患者相关知识知晓率、健康行为依从性、患者满意率方面均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论新型健康教育模式的建立和应用,有利于满足新时期老年患者的健康需求,提高老年患者的健康教育效果和治疗依从性。
Objective To build a new health education model in order to meet the elderly patients＇ demands.Methods In this study,348 inpatients from January to December 2010 were considered as experimental group,and they received a new health education model,the measures included contextualized health education content,time-segmented pattern and hierarchical implementation;322 inpatients from January to December 2009 were considered as control group,and they received oral health education by using health education material.A questionnaire was used to evaluate the effect of health education. Results The experimental group was better in the service rate of health education,knowledge rate of the patients,therapy compliance and patients＇ satisfaction than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The new health education model can meet the elderly patients＇ needs and improve the effect of health education and therapy compliance.
