摘要
目的掌握东兴口岸鼠类、蚊虫等7种医学媒介生物本底情况,为开展媒介生物控制工作提供科学依据。方法 2010年4月—2011年3月采用笼夜法进行鼠类调查,同时进行蚤、螨、蜱调查;蚊类采用紫外灯诱捕法;蝇类采用蝇笼诱捕法;蜚蠊采用诱蟑盒诱捕法。结果此次调查共捕获鼠类34只,隶属3属6种,黄毛鼠为优势种;捕获蚊类265只,隶属3属4种,致倦库蚊为优势种。捕获蝇类246只,隶属3科4属6种,大头金蝇为优势种;捕获蜚蠊37只,隶属2属3种,美洲大蠊为优势种。从鼠类中蚤17只,均为印鼠客蚤;螨类39只,隶属1属2种,毒历螨为优势种。结论指导相关部门做好综合防治工作,加强监测,作好环境治理,把媒介生物密度控制在不足为害的水平。
Objective To understand the background of 7 kinds of the medical vector at Dongxing port, and to provide scientific basis for controlling vector. Methods The cage ensnarement and spring clip method were used to investigate the kinds of mouse and their habitats during April 2010 to March 2011. Meanwhile, the epizoa such as flea, mite, tick were investigated. Results A total of 34 rats were captured, belonging to 3 genus 6 species, Rattus losea was the dominant population. 265 mosquitoes were captured, belonging to 3 genus 4 species, Culex pipiens fatigans was the dominant population. 246 flies were captured, belonging to 3 families 4 genus 6 species, Chrysomyia megacephala was the dominant population. 37 cockroaches were captured, belonging to 2 genus 3 species, Periplaneta americana was the dominant population. 17 fleas were captured, and all the fleas were Pulex cheopis. 39 mites were captured, belonging to 1 genus 2 species, Laelapidae was the dominant population. Conclusion On the basis of the result of the investigation, and it is necessary to guide the relevant departments for pest control work and to enhance the monitoring, meanwhile, it should make sure the density of the biological vector under level of harmless.
