摘要
目的观察稳心颗粒联合比索洛尔、地高辛治疗慢性心力衰竭合并快速房颤的疗效。方法选择本院3年来慢性心力衰竭合并房颤住院病人50例,在常规治疗的基础上,服用稳心颗粒联合比索洛尔、地高辛。同时观察入院前后静息心率、运动心率以及心功能改善情况。结果治疗后心功能改善者46例,总有效率92%。静息心率由治疗前平均(125.52±11.61)次/分降至治疗后(76.42±8.20)次/分;运动心率由治疗前平均144.81±18.10次/分降至治疗后(88.84±13.50)次/分,左室射血分数由治疗前平均40.22±5.13%上升至治疗后50.82±5.50%,治疗前后相比有统计学意义。结论稳心颗粒联合比索洛尔、地高辛治疗慢性心力衰竭合并房颤对于控制心室率及心功能改善方面疗效显著,安全性好。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Wenxin granule in combination with bisoprolol and digoxin on chronic heart failure with atrial fibrillation. Methods To choose 50 cases of patients suffered from chronic heart failure with atrial fibrillation for three years in this hospital. On the basis of the conventional treatment, these patients took Wenxin granule in combination with bisoprolol and digoxin. Meanwhile, it observed the condition of resting heart rate, exercise heart rate and cardiac function before and after admission. Results After the treatment, 46 cases of patients had improved the cardiac function and the total effective rate was 92%. After the treatment, the resting heart rate decreased to 76.4 ±8.2 times/min from 125.5 ±11.6times/min; the exercise heart rate decreased to 88.8 ±13.5times/min from 144.8 ± 18. Itimes/min; left ventricular ejection fraction increased to 50.8 ±5.5% from 40.2 ±5.1%. Therefore, there was the statistical significance before and after the treatment. Conclusion It is quite effective to treat chronic heart failure with atrial fibrillation and it is safe to control ventricular rate and improve the cardiac function by Wenxin granule in combination with bisoprolol and digoxin
