阐述了热钱的定义,探讨了热钱规模的估计及其难度,分析了热钱和人民币升值之间的相互作用,提出了协调货币政策、加强热钱的监控、降低人民币升值预期和控制国内价格等应对热钱的措施。
This paper expounds the definition of the hot money,probes into the estimation of the scale of hot money and its difficulties,analyzes the mutual effects between hot money and appreciation of RMB,and puts forward some measures for dealing with the hot money from aspects of coordinating monetary policies,strengthening the inspection towards hot money,decreasing the expectation of appreciation of RMB,and controlling the domestic prices,etc.
