喙锁韧带解剖重建治疗肩锁关节脱位进展 被引量：11

摘要 Rockwood Ⅳ～Ⅵ型肩锁关节脱位手术治疗方法繁多,多因不符合肩锁关节解剖结构和生物力学功能而发生各种并发症,临床疗效不令人满意。随着对肩锁关节解剖结构及生物力学的研究,解剖重建喙锁韧带治疗肩锁关节脱位受到青睐,初步临床应用显示较好疗效,有望成为治疗肩锁关节脱位的标准手术。该文就喙锁韧带解剖重建治疗肩锁关节脱位的基础、手术方法、生物力学表现及临床疗效作一综述。
