摘要
以Web2.0为代表的新媒体平台因其具有的受传一体化、去中心化、多节点传播及情感互动等众多特点,使得它成为现阶段公共外交的一个全新平台,本文从理论与实际操作两方面梳理了新媒体在中国软实力建构与传播中的作用。主要观点有:新媒体为软实力建构中的定义权与话语权提供了全新平台,新媒体有利于国家形象权力的获得与维护,新媒体的情感链接特性增强了软实力传播的效度与粘度,新媒体开创了公共外交新时代。此外,本文还从七个具体方面论述了新媒体在软实力建构与传播中的方法论。
With a multitude of characteristics including integration of promulgators and recipients,decentralization,multi-node transmission and emotional interactivity,new media,as represented by Web 2.0,has become a brand new platform for public diplomacy at this time.This paper discusses the role of new media in the construction and promotion of China's soft power in both theory and practice.New media have provided a new platform for the right of definition and discourse in the construction of soft power;they are conducive to the acquisition and maintenance of national image and power;the emotional linkage of new media strengthens the validity and viscosity of soft power's spread;new media ushers in a new age of public diplomacy.The paper further expounds on the practices of new media in establishing and promoting China's soft power.
