摘要
曾纪泽自1878年出使欧洲以来便一直关注着朝鲜问题,曾经直接或间接地参与有关朝鲜释放法国传教士问题、巨文岛事件以及朝俄密约等问题的交涉,而他对朝鲜问题的关注尤其是从国际关系大局角度考虑朝鲜问题的认识与主张,在晚清第一代外交官队伍中可以说是独树一帜。到1885年奉命回国后,他在总理衙门等不同的工作岗位继续关注朝鲜问题,尤其对沙俄势力觊觎朝鲜表现出深刻的忧虑并曾提出相关的政策建议,却因英年早逝而未能进一步有所作为。曾纪泽有关朝鲜问题的认识与相关政策主张,理应成为19世纪末晚清对外关系史及中朝关系史研究的一个组成部分。
Tseng Chi-tse had been paying attention to Korea issues since he was a diplomatic envoy to Europe in 1878,and had been directly or indirectly involved in the issues on the Korea releasing French missionaries,the Juwen Island Event and the negotiations of Korea-Russia.And his concern about Korea issues and especially his understanding and propositions from the perspective of international relations can be the unique in the first generation of diplomats in the Qing Dynasty.After returning in 1885,he continued to pay his attention to Korea issues in different jobs in Tsungli Yamen,especially showed his worries about the Korea issues coveted by Russia forces and recommend relevant policy.Because of his untimely death,he could not make further actions.Tseng Chi-tse＇s awareness of Korea issues and his related policy proposals should become the 19th century Qing foreign relations and one part of Sino-Korea relations research.
