摘要
为了更好地实现气井区块数字化无人管理模式,增强气井生产过程动态研究特性,以现有节流器为出发点,设法改变气嘴内部构造。由孔洞式变为缝隙,充分利用缝隙的可调节性,连通套管、节流器气嘴、地面压力装置,借助地面压力调控系统,来实现对节流器气嘴缝隙宽窄的调节,从而实现不同时期定压、定量的生产过程。同时利用气嘴内部强大的"负压差"来实现气嘴清洗,解决砂堵问题。因此,不仅延续了井底防治水合物形成的方法,解决了不更换气嘴就能调节气量、排水生产等功能;而且还能时刻测算出井底套压,降低作业成本。为下一步数字化区块无人管理提供了可能。
