摘要
以潜油电泵井生产系统协调工作为基础,以油层生产能力为依据,以系统效率最大化为目标,应用节点系统分析方法,建立了潜油电泵井生产系统优化设计的数学模型。并给出了通过该数学模型实现潜油电泵井生产系统优化设计的方法。应用上述方法对BZ25-1B16S、BZ25-1C20等10口潜油电泵井进行优化设计。设计值与实际值的对比结果表明,给出的优化设计方法能够对潜油电泵井的产液量和电泵有效总扬程做出预测,使潜油电泵高效运行。
In order to get the highest system efficiency, according to the well productivity, a mathematical model of optimization design for the submersible pump well production system using the node system analysis method was established. Based on the coordination of production system; and the optimization design method for the submersible pump well production system using the mathematical model above was given. Optimization design for 10 submersible pump well production system such as BZ25-1B16S, BZ25-1 C20 was conducted. The comparison results of design value and actual value show that the method given can make forecasts for the productivity of submersible pump well and effective total lift of submersible pump, and make the submersible pump work efficiently.
