摘要
目的:调查患者对口腔义齿修复知识的了解程度,为口腔义齿修复知识的宣传提供依据。方法:选择228例修复科患者为研究对象,采用自行设计的问卷调查患者对口腔义齿修复的认知情况。问卷包括7个部分的内容。调查问卷由专人实施发放和回收工作,由患者填写。回收后对问卷进行计分和分析。结果:回收有效问卷210份。经分析,患者对义齿基本定义以及镶牙时间选择了解得最清楚,对铸造义齿和胶托义齿的区别最不了解。不同民族患者对口腔修复知识认知无明显差别,P=0.439。文化程度高的患者对口腔义齿修复知识的认知程度较高。不同收入患者对口腔修复知识认知无统计学意义,P=0.089。95.3%的患者选择在公立医院镶牙,81.3%的患者不介意医师的族别。结论:对口腔义齿修复知识的宣传应重点放在不同修复体的区别、修复过程中的常见问题和修复后注意事项、口腔种植修复新技术的推广等方面。临床医师应区别对待不同文化水平、不同收入水平的患者,选择适合他们的交流方式,做到耐心细致地讲解,为良好的医患打下基础。
Objective: To investigate the patients'knowledge of oral prosthetics which provides evidences for publicity of artificial teeth prosthetics knowledge.Methods: 228 patients coming to the prosthetic department was asked to filled in the questionnaire.The questionnaire including 7 parts sent by specific person was counted scores and analyzed.Results: 210 effective questionnaires were received.Patients were most familiar with the knowledge of the opportunity to get the oral prosthetic and lest familiar with the difference between the framework RPD and the plastic RPD.There is no significant difference in different nationality,P = 0.439.People with higher education show better knowledge of the prosthetics.There is no statistically significant differences between patinents with different income,P = 0.089.95% patients choose the public hospital.81.3% patients don't care about the nationality of the doctor.Conclusion: The propaganda of oral prosthetic should focus on the differences among the artificial teeth,common problems in the oral prosthetic process,announcements after the oral prosthetic and the implant denture.Meeting such problems,dentists should explain them to the patients patiently.
