摘要
针对疏水无泡曝气膜材料存在可承受的气压较低,造价高,存在膜污染等问题,采用滤布和普通尼龙布等亲水微孔材料代替疏水膜,进行了这三种材料充氧性能的试验研究。试验结果表明200目滤布、尼龙布、160目滤布的氧总转移系数分别是0.0275、0.045、0.075;对应的氧转移速度分别是110mgO2/(L·h)、180mgO2/(L·h)、300mgO2/(L·h)。这三种亲水材料的氧转移速度远远大于微生物生化需氧量速度,具有良好的充氧性能,其充氧性能能满足一般生物净化工艺的需求。
No bubble aeration materials, generally select hydrophobic material, but hydrophobic materials bear low pressure, cost high and create pollution easily. So this test selects filter cloth and nylon instead of hydrophobic materials. The result shows that:the kla of 200 accounts filter cloth.nylon and 160 accounts filter cloth is 0. 0275.0. 045 and 0. 075 respectively~ the oxygen transfer speed is ll0mgO2/(L ~ h), 180mgOz/(L ~ h)and 300mgO2/(L ~ h) respectively. So these hydrophilic materials have good burns per- formance and they can satisfy Bio-Chemical Oxygen Demand of general sewage purification technology.
