摘要
目的了解开展无假日门诊对护理人员总体幸福感的影响,为采取新的管理方法提供理论依据。方法采用总体幸福感量表对119名门诊护士进行调查。结果无假日门诊护理人员的总体幸福感与国内常模比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),不同科室护理人员总体幸福感不同,工作量能否接受与门诊护理人员的总体幸福感有关。结论护理管理者需针对科室的性质、工作量的情况合理分配人力,提高一线护理人员的报酬,增加护理人员的幸福感。
Objective To investigate the influence of implementing the non - holiday outpatient service on general well - being of nurses,in order to provide theoretical basis for the implementation of new nursing management. Methods General Well - Being Scale (GWS) was used to investigate 119 outpatient nurses. Results There was no significant difference of general well - being between the envolved nurses and national norm ( P ~ 0.05 ). The scores of general well - being of the nurses in different departments were significantly different, and the factor whether the workload could be accepted or not was significantly related with general well - being of the nurses. Conclusion Nursing administrators should distribute human resources rationally according to the features of the sections and the workload, improve the income of clinical nurses, so as to increase their well - being.
