摘要
文中建立了牛头刨床的力学模型,基于分析力学原理推导了牛头刨床的运动微分方程。利用MATLAB软件开发了牛头刨床的通用运动学分析软件,并对牛头刨床的运动学规律进行了数值仿真,为该种机床的优化设计提供了理论支撑。
In this paper,the mechanical model of a shaping machine is established, kinematics differential equations of the system are derived based on analytical mechanics. An analysis software about the shaping machine's kinematics is developed and the kinematics of a shaping machine is simulated by using numerical integration. The conclusion of the simulation can be used to direct the optimum design of this kind of machine.
