摘要
为帮助上级电力调度机构对下级电力调度机构的工作进行考核,从而更好地贯彻落实国家电网公司建设"一强三优"现代公司和坚强智能电网的战略目标,在PI3000基础平台上开发了电网调度工作评价考核系统。系统采用信息化手段,实现了下级调度机构的自评、申报以及上级调度机构对下级调度机构的审核、评分功能。该系统已在国调中心全面投入运行,并已进一步推广至山西省调等调度单位,用于对下级调度工作的评价考核,对提高企业的核心竞争力具有重大意义。
In order to carry out the SGCC strategic objective of constructing a modern enterprise and a solid smart grid, Nanjing NARI Group Corporation develops a power grid dispatching evaluation system based on PI3000 platform to assist the upper level power dispatching organization to check the work of the lower level organizations. The lower level dispatching units can do self-evaluation and report to the upper level units; the upper level dispatching units can evaluate and assess lower level units using the system. This system has been put into use in the state power dispatching center and some of the provincial dispatching units like Shanxi province. It has significant meaning in raising the core competitive capability of the enterprise.
