摘要
本文结合介入放射学及肝胆疾病特点,探讨肝胆介入放射科住院医师带教体会。指出严格筛选入科人员,注重介入放射学相关理论学习,加强临床介入技能培训,把握好肝胆疾病介入治疗指征,及拥有高素质的师资队伍是培养肝胆介入人才的关键。
According to the characteristics of both interventional radiology and hepatobiliary diseases, teaching experience of residency training in department of hepatobiliary interventional radiology was investigated in the article. Careful selection of professionals in this field, emphasis on theoretical study, enhancement of interventional radiological skill training, strict indication of interventional treatment for hepatobiliary diseases and highly qualified faculty are key factors in training hepatobiliary interventional radiologist.
