2-甲基-1,3-二口恶烷水解动力学

Investigation on Hydrolysis Kinetics of 2-Methyl-1,3-Dioxane

摘要 在323~363 K条件下,考察了2-甲基-1,3-二噁烷(2MD)在强酸性离子交换树脂HD-8作用下的水解反应,测定了不同温度下物质浓度和反应转化率随时间的变化关系。结果表明,2MD水解反应是2-2级可逆反应,为吸热反应,反应热30.16 kJ/mol。在消除内外扩散影响的条件下,得到了2MD水解反应的拟均相动力学模型,其中正反应活化能Ea为33.31 kJ/mol,指前因子A为47.92。经检验模型适用性良好。 The hydrolytic kinetics of 2-methyl-1,3-dioxane (2MD) over macroporous highly acidic ion exchange resin HD-8 was studied in the temperature range of 323-363 K, through investigating the time courses of materials concentration and conversion rate. It indicated that the hydrolysis of 2MD was a reversible reaction with second-order for both the concentration of reactant and product. Enthalpy of the reaction was 30.16 k J/mol. After eliminating the influence of internal and external diffusion, the rate constants of positive reaction was obtained by fitting the experimental data to a pseudo-homogeneous model. The activation energy of positive reaction was 33.31 kJ/mol and the pre-exponential factor was 47.92. The pseudo-homogeneous model was checked to be consistent with experimental data.
