摘要 富血小板血纤蛋白(PRF)是由法国科学家Choukroun于2000年提出的新一代血小板浓缩物。PRF制备简便,无任何人工或生物制剂,降低了感染性疾病传播的风险;其血纤蛋白的立体网状三分子结构柔韧而有弹性,可将细胞因子等包埋嵌合于其孔隙中缓慢释放,为迁徙细胞提供支架;富含的诸多与组织愈合和骨修复相关的细胞因子,可促进组织的愈合;其免疫细胞释放的炎症因子,具有调节炎症反应和抗感染的作用。本文就PRF的生物学特性、PRF促进组织修复的机制、PRF的临床应用等研究进展作一综述。 Platelet-rich fibrin(PRF) is a new generation of platelet concentrate developed by Choukroun in 2000.Its processing is simple and without any additives,reducing the risk of infectious diseases' transmission. PRF fibrin network presents biochemical architecture of connected trimolecular or equilateral junctions.Thus,the flexible and elastic fibrin network is able to support cytokines enmeshment and cellular migration.It is rich in platelets and cytokines that can promote tissue healing and regeneration.It can also regulate inflammatory reactions.We present a review on PRF's biological characteristics,regulation mechanism and clinical applications.
