摘要 磷脂酰丝氨酸(PS)与ω-3脂肪酸在大脑中具有保护神经细胞及改善大脑信号传导功能的作用,但目前两者的作用机理尚不清楚。主要综述了DHA及磷脂酰丝氨酸在改善大脑功能方面的作用及相互协调作用,DHA可以促进大脑对磷脂酰丝氨酸的吸收,同时单纯服用DHA,不仅会增加胃肠的负担,而且也容易氧化,导致吸收效率下降,较有效的方法是将其与磷脂酰丝氨酸结合而相互发挥作用。 Phosphatidylserine and ω- 3 fatty acid can protect neurocytes and improve signal transmission in brain, but their mechanisms of action are unknow. The function and synergistic effect on improving the brain function of DHA and phosphatidylserine were reviewed. DHA could promote the brain uptake of phosphatidylserine, but simply taking the DHA would increase the burden of gastrointestinal and easily be oxidized, and decrease the absorption efficiency. Combining DHA with phosphatidylserine was the more effective approach.
