摘要
制造商的制造规划应该随着产品生命周期不同阶段的需求特征的变化而变化。从生产和物流的角度,运用延迟策略的思想,以利润最大化和库存水平最小化为目标,建立产品成本和库存定量模型,在此基础上研究了产品需求特征变化对生命周期各阶段的制造规划决策的影响,以制定适应产品生命周期各阶段的制造规划。最后用实例进行了验证。
Manufacturing planning of a manufacturer should change with the demand characteristics of product life cycle in different stages.From productive and logistical perspective and by using the theory of postponement strategy,we built the quantitative models about product cost and stock to ensure that the profit is maximum and the stock level is minimum.Then,we studied the influence of product demand characteristics change on the manufacturing planning decision of each stage of the product life cycle and formulated the manufacturing planning suitable for every stage of the product life cycle.Finally,we verified the above conclusions by examples.
