摘要
采用共词网络分析方法,对国内近10年来创新管理的代表性研究进行文献计量分析,通过绘制知识网络图,识别目前国内创新管理领域的研究热点与连通点,通过可视化的分析展示创新管理的研究结构。研究结果表明:"技术创新"、"战略"、"R&D"等10个知识点是目前国内创新管理领域的研究热点;"自主创新"、"创新能力"、"科学技术"等16个知识点是创新管理研究知识网络的信息连通点,决定未来研究的发展方向;现阶段,国内创新管理研究形成以"技术创新"、"R&D"、"创新能力"、"高新技术"、"战略"、"制度创新"、"自主创新"为中心的七大研究主题子网,其中,"技术创新"是整个知识网络的中心。
Based on co-word network analysis method, we analyze Innovation Management research papers which were published on the domestic core journals in the past 10 years in bibliometric ways. Through drawing Knowledge Network Diagram, we first identify the current focuses and connectivity points in Innovation Management Area, and then analyze the research structure of this area in a visual display. The result shows： i） 10 knowledge points, including Technical Innovation, Strategy and R＆D are the current hot spots in Innovation Management Area; ii） 16 knowledge points, ineluding Independent Innovation, Innovation Ability, Technology ＆ Science are the information connectivity points in the Knowledge Network, determining the development directions of Innovation Management researeh; iii） at present, centered around Technical Innovation, Domestic Innovation Management Research is forming up 7 theme subnets of Technical Innovation, R＆D, Innovation Ability, High and New Technology, Strategy, System Innovation and Independent Innovation.
