摘要
知识管理水平的高低,已经成为决定企业竞争能力的关键要素。作为知识型企业的出版社,应该在认真梳理业务流程的基础上,对自身的知识资产进行科学评估,在每个流程阶段采取相应的知识管理手段,同时在自身的战略制订、领导作用、文化氛围和机制等方面采取必要的措施,促进知识管理工作的落实。
As to the level of knowledge management, is becoming one of important factor for enterprise competitiveness. For the argument of his paper, publisher which always focuses on knowledge should assent on knowledge assets scientifically based on professional bushiness process reengineering, adopt the specialized method of knowledge management for each section. At the meantime, publisher should take the indispensable measures for knowled[je management on strategy, leadership, cooperate culture and administration mechanism.
