摘要
研究了掺不同级配轻集料高强混凝土的抗压强度、弹性模量、密闭条件下的体积变形和徐变。研究结果表明,掺不同级配轻集料高强混凝土的力学性能相差不大,28d强度最大最小值之差为其强度的6%左右,弹性模量最大最小值之差为其弹性模量的4%左右;掺不同级配轻集料的混凝土密闭条件下体积变形相差较大,掺加粒径2.36~4.75 mm和4.75~9.5 mm轻集料的混凝土在整个龄期内是膨胀的,掺加9.5~16 mm轻集料的混凝土在早期有微量膨胀,但在21 d之后表现为收缩,掺加16~19 mm轻集料的混凝土在整个龄期内表现为收缩随着轻集料粒径的减小;混凝土徐变系数随轻集料粒径的减小而减小。
Compression strength, elastic modulus, Volume deformation in seal condition and creep of high strength concrete containing different gradation lightweight aggregate (LWA) were experimentally researched.Results show that, mechanical properties of high strength concrete changed a little with the vary of gradation of LWA.Difference between highest and lowest compression strength is about 6% of the 28 d compres- sion strength of concrete, and the corresponding value of 28 d elastic modulus is 4% .Volume deformations of concrete containing different gradation LWA vary a lot.Concretes containing LWA of particle size of 2.36-4.75 mm and 4.75-9.5 mm expanded in all ages.Concretes containing LWA of particle size of 9.5-16 mm expanded in early ages and shrunk after 21 d.Concretes containing LWA of particle size of 16-19 mm shrunk in all ages.Creep coefficients of concretes reduced with the decrease of particles size of LWA.
