摘要
以壳聚糖为原料结合微波辐射与相转移催化技术合成出取代度为92.3%的O-羧甲基壳聚糖,并用其吸附制革废水中的Cr(Ⅵ),吸附率可达98.2%以上。探讨了O-羧甲基壳聚糖的投加量、废水pH及吸附时间对吸附性能的影响,确定了O-羧甲基壳聚糖处理制革废水的最佳实验条件。
Chitosan has been used as raw material, combining with microwave irradiation and phase transfer catalysis processes for synthesizing O-carboxymethyl chitosan, whose substitution value is 92.3%. O-carboxymethyl chitosan can be used for adsorbing the Cr (Ⅵ) in tannery wastewater, and its adsorption rate can be as high as 98.2% or more. The effects of the dosage of the adsorbent, pH of tannery wastewater and adsorption time on adsorption capacity are discussed. The optimum experimental conditions of treating tannery wastewater are obtained.
