摘要
通过对华中科技大学和武汉大学861名高校图书馆用户对Web2.0各种应用形式的使用与重要性认知、图书馆信息组织现状的满意度、参与图书馆信息组织的意愿、参与形式及障碍因素等情况的调查发现,用户参与图书馆信息组织的意愿明确,缺乏相关信息组织技能是其参与图书馆信息组织的主要障碍。图书馆应从改善信息组织现状、加强Web2.0技术培训、建立激励用户参与的长效机制等途径吸引更多用户参与图书馆信息组织。
The paper has surveyed the usage and the importance cognition of Web2.0 application forms, the satisfaction degree of the information organization status quo of libraries, the willingness of users' participating in the library information organization, and the format of participation and obstacle factors of 861 users of university libraries. The investigation shows that: users have clear willingness of participating in the library information organization; and the lack of information organization skill is the main obstacle for users' participating in the library information organization. Therefore, in order to attract more users to participate in the library information organization, libraries should improve the status quo of information organization, pay attention to skill trainings of users about Web2.0, and establish long-term motivation mechanism to encourage users, and so on.
