摘要
目的探讨泻肺平喘灵及其拆方阻断"肺合大肠"模型大鼠内毒素症肺组织损伤的机制。方法将70只SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、解扎组、三拗组、三通组、三活组、全方组,每组10只,采用直肠体外不全结扎法制备"肺合大肠"动物模型,造模72h后处死模型组,各药物干预组解扎后每天分别灌胃给予1ml/100g体重三拗汤、三通方、三活方和泻肺平喘灵,解扎组和正常组给予等体积生理盐水。3天后观察大鼠肺泡灌洗液中磷脂及白蛋白水平的改变。结果模型组大鼠造模后肺泡灌洗液中白蛋白含量明显升高(P<0.01),磷脂含量降低(P<0.01),解扎组、泻肺平喘灵及其拆方组白蛋白含量均降低,磷脂水平升高,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论泻肺平喘灵及其拆方均能够有效清除模型大鼠肺泡灌洗液中白蛋白,从而减少磷脂的耗损,有效阻断内毒素血症对模型大鼠肺组织及功能的损伤。
Objective To explore the mechanism of Xiefei Pingchuanling (Formula for clearing the lung to stop asthma) and its decomposed formulas in blocking the endotoxemia causing the pulmonary injury of the Lung and Large Intestine Interiorlyexteriorly Related Model rats. Methods Seventy SD rats were randomized into blank group, model group, ligation-removed group, Xiefei Pingchuanling group, decomposed formula San'ao, Santong, and Sanhuo groups, with 10 in each. The Lung and Large Intestine Interiorly-exteriorly Related models were made by incomplete ligation of the rectum in vitro. Seventy-two hours after modeling the rats of model group were killed. All other medicinal intervention groups were treated with intragastric feeding 1ml/100g body weight of San'ao, Santong, and Sanhuo decoctions, and Xiefei Pingchuanling respectively everyday after ligation removed. The ligation-removed group and blank group were given the same volume normal saline. Three days later the changes of phospholipid and albumin in pulmonary alveoli lavage fluid were observed. Results The level of albumin in pulmonary alveoli lavage fluid of the model group was significantly increased (P〈0. 01), while the level of phospholipid decreased (P〈0.01). The level of albumin of the ligation-removed group, Xiefei Pingchuanling group, and decomposed formula groups was decreased, while the level of phospholipid increased, there existed a significant difference in comparing with that of the model group (P〈0. 01). Conclusion Xiefei Pingchuanling and its decomposed formulas could effectively decrease the albumin in pulmonary alveoli lavage fluid of model rats, thus reducing the exhaustion of phospholipid to block endotoxemia causing the injury of lung tissues and functions.
